You may request cancellation of your subscription by emailing info@rssdpos.com.
Cancellations will be processed within 5 business days.
No partial-month refunds will be provided after cancellation.
Setup Charges and one-time payments are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
Monthly/Annual Subscriptions are non-refundable after payment, unless:
There is a verified technical failure on our part that was not resolved within 7 business days.
Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within 7 - 10 business days.
If a free trial is provided, it will be clearly mentioned. You are encouraged to evaluate the product during this period.
Any custom development or feature requests are non-refundable once initiated.
